Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 July 2026

1. General provisions

Collabry is an influencer advertising marketplace available at collabry.uz (the “Service”). This Policy describes what personal data we collect and how we use and protect it. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. What data we collect

We collect the data needed to operate the Service:

  • registration data: name, email address, password (encrypted);
  • blogger profile data: platforms, account links, formats and prices, public audience metrics;
  • order and payment data required to complete a transaction;
  • technical data: IP address, device and browser type, cookies.

3. Sign in with Google

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. This data is used solely to create your account and authenticate you in the Service.

We do not share data obtained from Google with third parties, use it for advertising, or sell it. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. YouTube audience analytics (for brands)

A blogger may optionally connect their YouTube channel's audience analytics so that brands can see aggregated demographics (age, gender, geography). This is a separate consent — basic channel connection works without it.

What we store: an encrypted (AES-256) Google refresh token needed to periodically refresh the data, and aggregated demographic figures in percentages. We do not store or display data that could identify individual viewers.

How to revoke access: disconnect the channel in the “My channels” section — the token and saved demographics are deleted; or revoke access in your Google security settings. Our use of YouTube data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: YouTube Analytics data is used solely to show aggregated analytics to brands, is not shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising.

5. How we use data

Data is used to: provide and support the Service; create and authenticate accounts; process orders and payments; contact you about transactions and support; ensure security and prevent fraud; and improve the Service.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication, session persistence, and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some Service features may become unavailable.

7. Sharing with third parties

We may share data with providers that operate the Service (payment providers, hosting, infrastructure) — only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal data.

8. Storage and protection

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy and by law. We apply technical and organizational safeguards (encryption in transit, access control).

9. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction, or account deletion. To do so, email us at the address listed in the “Contacts” section.

10. Changes to the Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update.
